Your account and content
ZeTaX provides CS2 match analysis, remote highlight recording, editing and downloads. It is independent of Valve and Steam. Use Steam sign-in and keep your account secure. You must meet Steam's eligibility rules and have the capacity or necessary parent/guardian permission to make the relevant agreement and purchases.
Upload only demos, music and material you are entitled to use. Respect other players' privacy. Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate others, interfere with the service or bypass security/payment controls. Enter private match-history codes only in dedicated account settings; never send passwords, Steam Guard codes, session tokens or card details in support chat.
You keep whatever rights you have in your material. You allow ZeTaX and its providers to process it to analyze matches, record clips, apply edits and deliver requested downloads/shares. This does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated marketing, sale of footage or AI training.
Built-in Studio music and sound effects may be used in the movies you make with ZeTaX, including when you post or share them. Music you upload yourself must be yours or licensed to you for that use; you are responsible for it.
If you post a movie to YouTube or TikTok from ZeTaX, ZeTaX uploads only the video you chose, when you press the button. By uploading to YouTube through ZeTaX you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). TikTok's Terms of Service apply to what you post on TikTok. Recording and service credits
Demo upload and analysis are free. Select the player and highlights to record. Jobs use remote CS2 game instances and a shared queue; completion is not instant or guaranteed within a fixed number of minutes. Compatibility, Steam availability and game updates can affect delivery. Report incorrect or failed paid results so we can investigate and provide the remedy owed.
Standard recording costs 50 ZP per clip (100 ZP for a 1440p clip, a Premium option), final movie export 500 ZP, plus 500 ZP for a 1440p export and 500 ZP for a movie over 5 minutes, and optional watermark removal 50 ZP per selected batch. Server previews are free review copies. Review the displayed selection and quote before confirming. ZP are reserved when a job is accepted, captured on success and unused reservations released on failure/cancellation. Batch watermark removal captures once if any selected job succeeds; it releases if all fail or are cancelled. A ZP release is separate from a card refund.
Purchased ZP currently have no scheduled expiry. Premium-earned ZP require active membership to spend; purchased ZP remain available independently. ZP are service credits, earn no interest, cannot be transferred between accounts and are not offered as cash withdrawals. This does not remove legally required refund rights. Resolve purchased-balance questions before deleting an account.
Payments and Premium
Stripe processes payments. Review the product, EUR price, taxes and total before payment. ZP or paid access apply after verified payment confirmation; a checkout return screen alone is not proof of payment.
Current recurring plans: Premium €9.99/month, Creator €19.99/month, and Unlimited €54.99/month. The checkout offer confirms the interval and total. A running subscription keeps the price it was bought at. Premium and Creator grant their displayed ZP benefits. Unlimited grants no extra ZP and includes recording, 1440p, long movies, exports and watermark removal without ZP charges during its verified paid period. It does not remove technical, queue or security limits and has no monthly clip-count allowance.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. In Points → Your membership, choose Stop future renewals and confirm. Paid access continues to the confirmed period end. Contact support if that fails. Stopping renewal is separate from requesting a refund or exercising withdrawal rights; see the Refunds and Cancellation policy.
Storage and sharing

Match statistics, analysis and saved projects remain until removed or account deletion; projects do not extend their media's lifetime. Keep original demos and download videos you want to retain. Exact matching original demos may be needed to render again after source expiry. ZeTaX is not a permanent archive.
Deleting a source clip or match does not automatically delete independent completed exports; delete those separately. Active jobs/uploads may defer physical cleanup. A retention extension does not restore expired/deleted files.
Sharing is optional. Anyone with a valid link may view/save its video. Links last up to 30 days, bounded by the underlying media's availability, and can be revoked. Already issued media URLs may work for up to five minutes after revocation. Copies already saved by others cannot be recalled.
Community
Community is optional. You can post a finished highlight or Studio movie that ZeTaX recorded from one of your own matches. Signed-in ZeTaX players who can open Community can then watch it and see its title, map and type, your Steam name and avatar, and its views and likes. Dislikes are shown only to you. You can remove your posts at any time.
Post only your own plays. Do not post footage recorded with cheats or other unfair tools, titles that are offensive, misleading or harass someone, or spam. A free account can have 3 posts up at once; Premium has no limit.
Each player can like or dislike a post once and change that vote, but not on their own post, and only after importing a match. A view counts after a few seconds of watching, once per viewer and post every 24 hours; your own views do not count. Players can report posts. ZeTaX reviews reports and may remove a post that breaks these rules or the law, and may restrict posting or voting for abuse such as faked views or votes or the use of several accounts.
Each week the three highest-ranked clips in Community receive 100, 50 and 25 ZP and a Top clip badge. Rankings use a fair like-to-dislike ratio and a minimum number of views. Rewards are not given for posts that break these rules, and rewards given because of faked views or votes may be removed. Reward ZP are service credits under the rules above and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Support and your rights
The optional AI assistant answers product questions without account, ZP, job or refund powers. You can request human help without completing AI chat. Our team normally replies by email within 1–3 business days. Statutory complaint, withdrawal and privacy deadlines remain applicable.
We may proportionately restrict activity while investigating security abuse, an unauthorized payment or a dispute, with an explanation and contact route where lawful. This does not forfeit valid claims or automatically create a debt.
