How to download your CS2 demo

Most players never need to touch a demo file: connect your Steam match history to ZeTaX and new Premier and Competitive matches come in by themselves. If you want to upload one by hand:

From CS2 (Steam matches)

1. In CS2, open Watch, then Your Matches.
2. Choose the match and download its demo.
3. The file lands in the game folder: Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\replays.
4. Upload the .dem file in ZeTaX under Matches.

From FACEIT

1. Open the match room and download the demo.
2. Upload the .dem.zst file in ZeTaX's FACEIT tab.

Demos expire on Valve's servers after a few weeks, so download the ones you want to keep.
